QiuQiu's dad, the boyscout

NaiNai has been emptying out her closets in preparation for moving to a new house, and in the process we have been the recipient of various mysterious boxes full of long-lost memories. In one of them, I found this picture of M. in his boyscout days. Just look at those eyes! I think that's something we all three share, M., QiuQiu and I...we all have unusual eyes. Although QiuQiu's clearly take the cake!

I love coming back to your blog and seeing the new photos of baby girl on here! She is so loved.

That photo of your hubby has him at about the same age as my son, so it was weird to think that my son may one day be a dad. Kind of a lightbulb moment.

Sending hugs your way. I am so excited for you!!! Gotcha days should be called Miracle days. They were more special than childbirth for me. Like Christmas day.

QiuQiu's eyes are so beautiful, I truly believe the eyes are windows of the soul..

What a sweet beautiful face and such luminous eyes. He must have been the apple of his Mom's eyes. You are all a lovely family and when you get to hold Flynn, everything will come full circle.

Could you share of the few clothes Flynn has? I know you have so little, but just to get an idea.

The eyes always say more than body language. I still say they are a window to the soul. An old Chinese woman told us (when we were in the process of adopting Kerri in China) that Kerri had old, wise eyes. Flynn has intelligent, happy eyes!
