Hey! I just figured out part of the greatness of those pigtails. They are like little exclamation marks on her head, and they go so perfectly with the light in her eyes. More pigtails!!!
Sarah - good point (pun intended)! QQ herself is a sort of exclamation point, so with the pigtails she's like...she's like...I don't know, but there's a lot of emphasis involved! Hee!
