A special thanks, from QQ to Ivy and her daughter...

QQ and I want to spend a very special "thank you" out to Ivy and her daughter in New Jersey for this lovely package of clothes, books and accessories. Ivy and I have shared many conversations lately on adoption and motherhood, and her kindness and generosity never cease to warm my heart. This is QQ opening the package...though she had just moments earlier awakened from her nap, and was not at her most astute in this picture ;)
Here, however, she is fully awake and I have dressed her in just one of the many delightful outfits that Ivy and her daughter passed on to us.
It was hard to choose which to include in these photos, but these lovely PJs just seemed to fit in with the chair!
There's something just irresistibly Fragonard about the color combinations, don't you think?
I also need to thank Ivy for including some onesy pajamas in the 18 mos size range. QQ (who has a long body, long finger and long toes) has juuuuust outgrown the 12 mos size in one-piece outfits. Yet she is still too tiny and slim for the 18 mos size in pants or shirts. But all her 12 mos onesy pajamas are just a tad too short at this point, so I was delighted to see how well these 18 mos pajamas fit her! Ahhhhhhhh........relief! QQ thanks you both!! OOXX - M & Q
