Mother-daughter time

We have had some spectacular sunset skies this summer. This is one that my mom snapped from the car window as we were heading home from mini-golf.

Happy mum! I love doing things with her because we enjoy all the same things. We have always worked as a good team, whether we're traveling together, playing mini golf, or building a toy chest. It's easy for us, and I know I'm lucky. Not everyone has the kind of relationship we have. I treasure it.

I think it's funny that you guys play so much mini-golf! Have you thought of turning pro?

I think QQ will have a mini putter in her hand before she hits US soil. Guarantee it.

It is great that you have your mum so close... I hate the fact that she lives 10,000 miles away... I realize since living in the US just how much I enjoyed doing stuff with mum and I did say sorry to her for being 'difficult' when I were growing up... hehehe... she laughed...

I have never seen a family so into mini golf. I think we need to give it a try! Only problem- i am ultra competitive! you are so fortunate to have the relationship you do with your mum- i think that is a strong indicator of what your relationship will be like with your own daughter!

Okay, the mini golf thing is totally cracking me up. Can't wait to see the three generations of women on the astro turf!
